The Manage Employee Document Renewal page enables Government Relations users to track and manage the expiry of employee-related legal documents such as Iqama, Visit Visa, and other identification or work authorization documents.

Purpose:

To monitor employee document validity, view upcoming expiries, and take timely renewal actions to maintain legal compliance and avoid penalties.

1. Document Types Tracked

  • Iqama (Residence Permit)
  • Visit Visa
  • Passport
  • Work Permit
  • Any other employee-specific government documentation

2. Search and Filter Criteria

Use multiple filters to narrow down the list of expiring or expired documents:

  • Days to Expire: View documents that will expire within a specific timeframe.
  • Employee Name: Search by full or partial name.
  • Document Number: Search using the unique document reference number.

3. Expiry Monitoring

  • Results show:
    • Employee Name
    • Document Type
    • Document Number
    • Expiry Date
