To monitor employee document validity, view upcoming expiries, and take timely renewal actions to maintain legal compliance and avoid penalties.
1. Document Types Tracked
- Iqama (Residence Permit)
- Visit Visa
- Passport
- Work Permit
- Any other employee-specific government documentation
2. Search and Filter Criteria
Use multiple filters to narrow down the list of expiring or expired documents:
- Days to Expire: View documents that will expire within a specific timeframe.
- Employee Name: Search by full or partial name.
- Document Number: Search using the unique document reference number.
3. Expiry Monitoring
- Results show:
- Employee Name
- Document Type
- Document Number
- Expiry Date
- Days Remaining until Expiry
