The Allocation / Deallocation List enquiry allows users to view and track the full history of vehicle assignments and returns. It provides visibility into who used which vehicle, when, and for how long, supporting operational transparency and audit readiness.
Navigation Path: Admin Support Functions → Vehicle Management → Enquiry → Allocation / Deallocation List
- Navigate to the Allocation / Deallocation List page using the path above.
- Use the available search filters to locate specific records by entering one or more of the following:
- Vehicle Plate Number – Filter results by the vehicle’s plate number.
- Assigned Employee or Driver – Enter the name or ID of the individual to whom the vehicle was assigned.
- Company – Select the company responsible for the vehicle.
- Date Range – Define a time frame to limit the search results.
- Click ‘Search’ to display the matching allocation and deallocation records.
This feature supports vehicle usage tracking, fleet management analysis, and ensures alignment with internal policies on vehicle allocation.
