The Performance Monitoring feature enables HR personnel and managers to track employee performance in alignment with the objectives previously defined in the POT Settings. This functionality supports ongoing performance evaluation, mid-year reviews, and progress reporting.
- Access the Request Form
Navigate to: Workflow → New Request → Performance Monitoring - Select Year and Department
- Choose the relevant Year from the dropdown list.
- Select the appropriate Department.
- The system will display a list of employees from the selected department who have submitted POTs (Performance Objective Templates).
- Submit the Request
Click Submit to initiate the Performance Monitoring workflow.
Activate Monitoring Activity
- Activate Monitoring
In the Activate Monitoring Activity task:- Select the employee from the list.
- Click the Activate button.
- Then click Submit to complete this step.
Monitoring / Mid-Year Review Submission
- View Objectives
Click the Objective History button to view the employee’s previously set objectives. - Modify Objectives (if needed)
Use the Modify Objective button to update any details of the existing objectives. - Update Progress
- In the Action column, click the Set/Edit Appraisal Rating icon.
- Enter the current Progress Details (e.g., status, appraisal score, comments).
- Click Save to record the update.
- Submit the Task
Once all progress updates are entered and reviewed, click Submit to complete this stage of performance monitoring.
Review and Approval Process
After submission:
- The task will be routed to the designated reviewer/approver as per workflow.
- The reviewer will validate the appraisal data and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Upon approval, the monitoring cycle for the employee is considered complete.
