The Division Objectives (DOT) feature, found under the Performance Evaluation module, allows users to access and review strategic objectives set at the division or departmental level. These objectives are typically aligned with broader company goals to ensure consistency and focus across all business units.

1. Navigate to the DOT Search Page
Go to: Performance Evaluation → Division Objectives (DOT)

2. Search by Company and Year
Select the relevant:

• Company Name
• Year

3. View Objective List
Once the filters are applied, the system will display the list of Division Objectives associated with the selected company and year.
