The Change Plate Number feature allows administrators to update the plate number of an existing vehicle in the system. This ensures that the vehicle records remain accurate and reflect any official plate number changes.

Navigation Path: Admin Support Functions → Vehicle Management → Change Plate Number

1. Navigate to the Change Plate Number page using the path above.
2. On the Change Plate Number page:
   • Select the current Plate Number from the list.
   • Enter the new Plate Number in the provided field.
3. Click ‘Save’ to update the vehicle record with the new plate number.

Updating the plate number ensures alignment with official vehicle registration records and prevents discrepancies in system reporting and documentation.
