The COT Monitoring feature allows users to track and manage the progress of company objectives defined during the COT Settings process. It provides visibility, accountability, and transparency in achieving strategic goals across the organization.
- Access the Request Form
Navigate to: Workflow → New Request → COT Monitoring - Select Year and Company
- Choose the relevant Year from the dropdown list.
- The Company List will display only those companies for which COT Settings have already been completed for the selected year.
- Select the desired Company.
- Submit the Request
Click Submit to initiate the COT Monitoring process.
Note:
- All previously initiated monitoring records (including from previous years) are available in the Initiated List, along with their Status and basic details.
Managing Objectives in COT Monitoring
Once the COT Monitoring task is initiated, users can manage objectives using the following steps:
- View or Modify Objectives
- Click the History button to view an objective’s update history.
- Click the Modify button next to an objective to make changes to its details.
- Update Objective Progress
- Locate the desired objective and click the Edit icon in the Action column.
- In the form that appears, enter the Progress Percentage (e.g., 50%, 75%, etc.).
- Click Save to store the progress update.
- Submit the Task
- After reviewing and finalizing all updates, click Submit to complete the COT Monitoring task.
Review and Approval Process
Once the task is submitted:
- The request is routed to the designated reviewer or approver (as defined in the workflow).
- Review the updated objectives for accuracy and completeness.
- Approve the task to finalize the monitoring process for the selected year and company.
