The Bulk Employee Data Update feature allows users to apply specific changes to multiple employees at once. This functionality helps HR teams efficiently manage updates to employee attributes such as holiday calendar, payroll approval settings, overtime eligibility, and more.

Navigation Path:

Personnel Administration -> Bulk Employee Data Update

Follow the steps below to update employee data in bulk:

1. Search for Employees

Use the available filters to search for employees:

  • Organization Unit (OU)
  • Employee Name/ID
  • Field Type (e.g., Holiday Calendar, Approval for Payroll, Eligible for Overtime, etc.)
  • Field Value (current value if applicable)

Click Search to display matching employees.

2. Select Employees and Apply Changes

  • Select one or more employees from the search results.
  • Choose the Field Type you want to update (e.g., Holiday Calendar).
  • Enter or select the new Field Value.
  • Click Save to apply the changes to all selected employees.

This tool enables centralized updates, reduces manual errors, and improves administrative efficiency in managing employee records. Users can view the updated information in Personnel Administration → Personnel Information.
