The Manage Employee Orientation feature allows administrators to create and manage orientation modules or content for new employees. These orientations can include onboarding materials, company policies, welcome messages, or training content that will be displayed in the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.
Navigation Path: System Admin -> ESS/Webpart Management -> Manage Employee Orientation
Steps to Create or Manage Orientation Content
- Enter Name
- Enter Caption
- Enter Description
- Add a detailed description of the orientation content, purpose, or what the employee should expect.
- Set Active Status
- Check the Active box to make the orientation visible to employees in the ESS portal.
- Click Save - Save the orientation entry to publish it to the ESS system.
