The Local Non-Saudi Join Process workflow is automatically triggered when a local non-Saudi candidate is hired. This process ensures all necessary legal and administrative steps—such as Iqama transfer and employment contract preparation—are completed for a smooth onboarding experience.

Accessing the Workflow

Navigate to: Workflow → Worklist
Look for the automatically initiated request labelled: Local Non-Saudi Join Process

1. Confirm Iqama Transfer

  • Ensure that the Iqama (residency permit) transfer process has been initiated or completed.
  • Verify that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place as per regulatory requirements.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

2. Candidate Medical Examination

  • Coordinate and confirm that the candidate has completed the mandatory medical examination.
  • Upload or verify medical results in the system, if required.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

3. Prepare Employment Contract

  • Generate and review the Employment Contract.
  • Ensure the contract includes the following key details:
    • Position title
    • Salary
    • Working hours
    • Contract duration (if applicable)
  • Upload or attach the signed contract to the workflow.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

4. Submit Release / Undertaking Letter

  • Submit the candidate’s Release Letter from their previous employer or an Undertaking Letter, as applicable.
  • Verify the authenticity of the submitted document before proceeding.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

5. Update Employee Information

  • Enter and verify key employee information, including:
    • Employee ID
    • Joining Date
  • Click Submit to complete the workflow.

After completing the Local Non-Saudi Join Process workflow, the onboarded employee’s information becomes available in the system.

Navigate to: Personnel Administration → Personnel Information

This section displays the employee’s full profile, including:

  • Personal details
  • Employment records
