The Saudi Join Process workflow is triggered when a Saudi national candidate is hired. This process ensures that all necessary pre-employment and onboarding steps are completed in compliance with local labor regulations.

To access the workflow:

Navigate to: Workflow → Worklist
Look for an automatically initiated request labelled Saudi Join Process.

1. Candidate Medical Examination

  • Coordinate the mandatory medical examination for the candidate.
  • Confirm the completion of the medical test.
  • Upload or verify the medical report in the system, if required.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

2. Prepare Employment Contract

  • Generate and review the Employment Contract.
  • Ensure the contract includes all essential details:
    • Job Title
    • Salary
    • Working Hours
    • Contract Duration (if applicable)
  • Upload or attach the signed contract to the workflow.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

3. Submit Release / Undertaking Letter

  • Collect and submit one of the following:
    • A Release Letter from the previous employer, or
    • An Undertaking Letter, if applicable.
  • Verify the authenticity of the document before proceeding.
  • Click Submit to complete this task.

4. Update Employee Information

  • Enter and verify key employee data:
    • Employee ID
    • Joining Date
  • Click Submit to complete the workflow.

After completing the Saudi Join Process workflow, users can view the onboarded employee’s details in the system. Personnel Administration → Personnel Information

This section displays the employee’s profile, including personal details, employment data, and other HR-related records.
