The Saudi Join Process workflow is triggered when a Saudi national candidate is hired. This process ensures that all necessary pre-employment and onboarding steps are completed in compliance with local labor regulations.
To access the workflow:
Navigate to: Workflow → Worklist
Look for an automatically initiated request labelled Saudi Join Process.
1. Candidate Medical Examination
- Coordinate the mandatory medical examination for the candidate.
- Confirm the completion of the medical test.
- Upload or verify the medical report in the system, if required.
- Click Submit to complete this task.
2. Prepare Employment Contract
- Generate and review the Employment Contract.
- Ensure the contract includes all essential details:
- Job Title
- Salary
- Working Hours
- Contract Duration (if applicable)
- Upload or attach the signed contract to the workflow.
- Click Submit to complete this task.
3. Submit Release / Undertaking Letter
- Collect and submit one of the following:
- A Release Letter from the previous employer, or
- An Undertaking Letter, if applicable.
- Verify the authenticity of the document before proceeding.
- Click Submit to complete this task.
4. Update Employee Information
- Enter and verify key employee data:
- Employee ID
- Joining Date
- Click Submit to complete the workflow.
After completing the Saudi Join Process workflow, users can view the onboarded employee’s details in the system. Personnel Administration → Personnel Information
This section displays the employee’s profile, including personal details, employment data, and other HR-related records.
