The Training Need Analysis workflow enables HR teams to review and act upon training needs identified during the Performance Appraisal process. This ensures targeted learning and development aligned with employee performance assessments.
1. Access the Request Form
Navigate to: Workflow → New Request → LAD Training Need Analysis
2. Fill in the Required Information
- Select the Year for which the training need analysis is being conducted.
- Select the Company from the dropdown list.
Training needs identified during the Performance Appraisal process will automatically populate in this section.
Step 3: Select and Submit
- Review the list of pre-populated training requests.
- Select the relevant training(s) to be analyzed.
- Click Submit to initiate the Training Need Analysis workflow.
