Vehicle Management  

The Vehicle Actions List enquiry allows users to search and view records of vehicle-related actions such as allocations, deallocations, and maintenance activities. This helps track the history and usage of each vehicle.

Navigation Path: Admin Support Functions → Vehicle Management → Enquiry → Vehicle Actions List

  1. Navigate to the Vehicle Actions List page using the path above.
  2. Use the available search filters to narrow down your results by entering one or more of the following:
    • Assigned Employee – Name or ID of the employee assigned to the vehicle.
    • Plate Number – The vehicle’s plate number.
    • Company – The company or division responsible for the vehicle.
    • Period – Select a date range to view actions performed within a specific time frame.
  3. Click ‘Search’ to display the list of matching vehicle action records.

This enquiry tool is useful for auditing, monitoring vehicle usage, and tracking operational history across the fleet.
