How Partial Absence hours deduction and Partial presence hours payment is calculated in different payroll calculation methods?
The Partial Absence hours deduction is calculated based on the payroll calculation method selected:
- Partial Absence hours deduction rate in case of Fixed Days Fixed Hour Payroll Calculation:
- Total Payroll Package for Partial Absent Days / 30 / 8
- Partial Absence hours deduction rate in case of Fixed Days Shift Hour Payroll Calculation:
- Total Payroll Package for Partial Absent Days / 30 / That Days Shift Hour
- Partial Presence hours payment rate is calculated based on Calendar Days Payroll Calculation:
- Total Payroll Package for Partial Absent Days / Number of Days in that Payroll Period / That Days Shift Hour
Note: 'Total Payroll Package for Partial Absent Days' Numerators are settings in the applications.
