Government Relation can be searched through the 'Manage Government Relation Request' page under Government Relations module.

Government Relations -> Manage Government Relation Request

Admin can view the process number or request details or audit history of the listed requests. Also if any additional government relation request related payments to add to the request then can be done thru the update payment details option.

Government Relation Admin can add additional Comments or additional attachments against the request by opening the Request Details option.
