How to add Ticket/Exit Re-Entry (ERE) Eligibility? RP-30379

Personnel Administration  

This feature allows HR users to manage Ticket and Exit Re-Entry Visa eligibility records for employees and their dependents. It ensures accurate tracking and administration of contractual entitlements based on the employee’s contract terms.

Navigation Path

Personnel Administration → Ticket / Exit Re-Entry → Ticket / Exit Re-Entry Eligibility

  1. Select the Employee
    • Choose the required employee from the list.

The system automatically displays the employee's and dependents’ information based on the values defined in the employee’s contract:

  • Number of Tickets in Contract
  • Number of Exit Re-Entry Visas in Contract

These values determine the available entitlements and control how eligibility records are managed and displayed on the Ticket / Exit Re-Entry Eligibility page.

  1. Add Eligibility
    • From the Eligibility Option, select whether the entry is for the Employee or a Dependent.
    • Click Add Eligibility to enter new eligibility details.
  2. Search and Manage Eligibility
    • Search for existing eligibility entries using:
      • Status
      • Eligibility Type (Ticket / Exit Re-Entry)
    • From the results list, select an entry to perform one of the following actions:
      • Mark Eligible – Update the status to eligible.
      • Mark Utilized – Indicate the eligibility has been used.
      • Mark Lapsed – Mark the entry as expired or unused.
      • Delete – Remove the selected eligibility entry.
