How to allocate multiple projects to an employee? RP-40536

The Multiple Default Projects Allocation feature allows HR personnel to assign one or more projects to an employee. Each project allocation includes effective dates, percentage of time allocation, and the option to set a project as the employee’s default.Follow the steps below to allocate multiple projects:
1. Navigate to the Allocation Page

  • Go to: Personnel Administration -> Multiple Default Projects Allocation

2. Select the Employee

  • Use the search or selection tool to choose the employee to whom you want to assign projects.

3. Enter Project Allocation Details
Provide the following information:

  • Project Effective From date
  • To Date (end of the project allocation period)
  • Project (select from the available list)
  • Percentage of time allocated to the project
  • Is Default (mark if this is the default project for the employee)

4. Add and Save

  • Click Add to include the project in the allocation list.
  • Once all projects are added, click Save to confirm the allocations.

After saving, the Project Allocation History section will display all current and past project allocations assigned to the employee.
