How to approve or reject contact detail updates in the mobile app? RP-40531

The Contact Approval page allows authorized personnel to review, approve, or reject employee-submitted updates to their contact information. This process ensures that any changes to official records are validated before being applied.

Navigation Path: Personnel Administration → Contact Approval

Functionality:

  • A list of pending contact detail entries will be displayed on the page.
  • To review a specific entry, click the View icon under the Action column to open and review the details.
  • After reviewing:
    • Select the entry
    • Choose either Approve or Reject
    • Click Save to confirm your action
