The Assign Shift to Employee feature allows administrators to assign new shifts or manage existing shift assignments for employees. This functionality ensures accurate shift scheduling and supports attendance tracking.
Navigation Path: Attendance → Assign Shift → Assign Shift to Employee
Key Functions:
- Assign New Shift
Click the Assign button at the top-right of the page to allocate a new shift to an employee. - Filter Existing Assignments
Use the Filter option (also in the top-right) to search for employees who already have assigned shifts. - Edit or Delete Assigned Shifts
You can modify or remove a shift assignment, as long as no attendance punches have been recorded or synchronized for the selected date range. - View Shift History
Click the History icon next to an employee’s name to review previously assigned shifts.
