The Head of Department (HOD) can be assigned to an organization in two ways using the Personnel Administration module.
Available Pages:
- Personnel Administration → Organization Management → Assign Organization HOD
- Personnel Administration → Organization Management → Manage Organization
Method 1: Assign via "Assign Organization HOD" Page
Navigation: Personnel Administration → Organization Management → Assign Organization HOD
Steps:
- Open the Assign Organization HOD page.
- Select the organization for which the HOD needs to be assigned.
- Select the appropriate HOD employee from the list.
- Click Save to apply the selection.
Method 2: Assign via "Manage Organization" Page
Navigation: Personnel Administration → Organization Management → Manage Organization
Steps:
- Open the Manage Organization page.
- Locate and edit the organization record from the grid.
- In the edit view, search and select the Organization Head employee from the popup.
- Click Save to update the record.
- The HOD employee can be assigned to or removed from an organization using either of the above pages.
- Only one HOD can be assigned per organization at a time.
