How to create a new service desk ticket? RP-20317

Service Desk  

The Service Desk Ticket feature allows users to raise support requests or report issues directly to the service desk team for resolution.

1. Navigate to the Service Desk Module

Go to: Service Desk → Create Service Desk Ticket

2. Access the Ticket Form

This will open the Service Desk Ticket page, where you can log your issue or request.

3. Submit Your Request

  • Fill in all required details about your issue or request (e.g., category, description, urgency).
  • Click Submit to create the ticket and notify the support team.
