How to Create a Service Desk Ticket
To submit a new service desk request:
- Navigate to: Service Desk → Create Service Desk Ticket
- Enter the following details:
- Request Type: Select the appropriate type of request (e.g., IT Support, Facility Maintenance).
- Location: Choose the relevant location for the issue.
- Sub-Function: Specify the sub-function related to the request.
- Problem Category: Select the category that best describes the issue .
- Click Submit to generate and register the service ticket in the system.
