New service desk unit can be created through the 'Manage Service Desk Unit ' page under Servide Desk module.

 can be created .Service Desk-> Settings-> Manage Service Desk Unit

Mainly there are four support functions they are:

1. Admin
2. Finance
3. HR
4. IT

Service Desk Unit supervisor can be set to each unit by editing the Manage Service Desk Unit or clicking the Add Supervisor icon against each unit.
