The Manage Accrual Types page allows HR administrators to define different types of accrual transactions, such as additional leave grants or leave deductions. These types are used when managing accrual entries for employees.
Accessing Accrual Type Settings
- Navigate to: Leave Management -> Settings -> Manage Accrual Types
- Enter Accrual Type Details
- Code – A unique identifier for the accrual type
- Accrual Type Name – Descriptive name (e.g., Bonus Leave, Leave Adjustment)
- Select Accrual Mode
- Choose whether this accrual type is used to:
- Add leave days (grant)
- Deduct leave days (adjustment)
- Choose whether this accrual type is used to:
- Set Status
- Check the Active box to make the accrual type available for use
- Save the Entry
- Click Save to create and store the accrual type
Once created, the accrual type will be available in mange accrual details page.
