HRA Advance can be searched and generated through the 'Employees HRA Advance' page under Payroll module.

HRA advance eligibile employees can be searched and the matched employees are listed with additional details of employees join date, contract period, HRA advance from date and HRA advance end date. From the generated list employees can be selected and saved. On Save six months advance amount feed and corresponding monthly payroll deduction are generated to payroll.
On HRA Advance amount click it popup the details of montly HRA advance generated. The HRA advance history also can be searched in this page.
There is an option in employee level to mark the HRA eligibile employees; the option is 'Eligible for HRA Advance' in Personnel Information under Finance details page. It also shows Last HRA Paid From & HRA Paid Up to in employee level
Other features are:
- Once the HRA is generated it Auto generate HRA every 6 months, Auto generation of HRA advance during payroll save master.
- Auto generated HRA advance gets cleared during clear payroll step
- HRA advance arrears creation during salary increment
- Balance HRA advance deduct from employee during end of service calculation
- Does not generate HRA advance if the HRA already paid thru leave payment
- Costing side HRA is calculated monthly
- There is option in payroll settings page to set HRA advance eligibility start after how many service months
- The Housing Allowance will not be calculated in Leave Payment of Leave Request for the 'Eligible for HRA Advance' eligible mapped employees in PA
