The Manage Appraisal Performance feature under Performance Evaluation  allows administrators to define and configure appraisal characteristics used in the performance evaluation process.

Navigate to: Performance Evaluation → Settings → Manage Appraisal Performance

Fill in the following fields:

• Characteristics: Enter the name of the appraisal characteristic (e.g., Communication, Teamwork).
• Description: Provide a brief description of the characteristic.
• Order: Specify the display order for the characteristic.
• Year Dependent: Select this option if the characteristic is applicable for a specific year.
• Organization Dependent: Select this option if the characteristic applies only to a specific organization or business unit.

After entering all required information, click Save to store the configuration.
