The Manage Appraisal Rating feature under Performance Evaluation allows administrators to define the rating scales used in performance evaluations. This ensures consistent evaluation standards across the organization.
Navigate to: Performance Evaluation → Settings → Manage Appraisal Rating
Enter the following details:
- Name: Enter a name for the rating (e.g., Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement).
- Description: Provide a brief explanation of what the rating represents.
- Range From / To: Define the numerical range for the rating (e.g., 90–100).
- Rating: Assign a rating label or level (e.g., 5, 4, 3).
- Value: Enter a value that represents the weight or impact of the rating.
- Active: Select this checkbox to make the rating available for use.
Once all required fields are completed, click Save to store the rating configuration.
