The Manage Appraisal Review Rating feature under Performance Evaluation  enables administrators to define review rating scales used during the appraisal review process.

Navigate to: Performance Evaluation → Settings → Manage Appraisal Review Rating

Fill in the following fields:

• Name: Enter the name of the review rating.
• Description: Provide a brief explanation of the rating.
• Range From / To: Specify the numerical range applicable to this review rating.
• Active: Check this box to activate the rating for use.

After entering all details, click Save to confirm and store the configuration.
