The Manage Chart Types feature allows system administrators to define and configure custom chart types that can be utilized across the dashboard. This flexibility ensures that the system can support various visualization formats tailored to the organization's reporting needs.

Navigation Path: System Admin → Dashboard Settings → Manage Chart Types

Steps to Create a Chart Type:

1. Enter Chart Type Name- Provide a descriptive name for the chart type. This label will be used to identify the chart type when configuring dashboard charts.
2. Enter User Control Path- Specify the path to the user control file (.ascx or equivalent) that defines the chart’s behavior, layout, and data-binding logic.
3. Click Save- Click the Save button to add the new chart type to the system. It will then be available for selection when creating or managing dashboard charts.
