How to Manage Couriers? RP-40480

Document Dispatch  

The Couriers settings feature allows administrators to maintain a list of courier services used for document and item dispatch. This ensures consistency and accuracy when recording dispatch details.

1. Access the Courier Settings

Navigate to: Admin Support Functions -> Document Dispatch -> Settings -> Couriers

2. Enter Courier Details

  • Code: Enter a unique identifier for the courier (e.g., DHL, BLU).
  • Description: Provide the full name or description of the courier service (e.g., DHL Express, BlueDart, Internal Messenger).

3. Save the Courier

Click Save to add the courier to the system.
