The Manage Course page is used to define and manage all training courses offered within the organization. It serves as a centralized repository of available training programs that can be referenced in training plans and employee nominations.
Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage Course
To add or manage a training course, follow these steps:
- Training Type – Select the type of training.
- Course Code – Enter a unique code to identify the course.
- Course Title – Provide a descriptive title for the course.
- Course Details – Enter detailed information or description about the course.
- Cost in Base Currency – Specify the training cost in the organization's base currency.
- Certification Program (Yes/No) – Indicate whether the course provides certification.
- Duration – Mention the course duration (in hours or days).
- Recommended As – Choose whether the course is:
- General – Applicable to all employees
- Position Specific – Relevant to specific roles or positions
- Click Save – To save the course details.
