How to Manage Course RP-30451

The Manage Course page is used to define and manage all training courses offered within the organization. It serves as a centralized repository of available training programs that can be referenced in training plans and employee nominations.

Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage Course

To add or manage a training course, follow these steps:

  1. Training Type – Select the type of training.
  2. Course Code – Enter a unique code to identify the course.
  3. Course Title – Provide a descriptive title for the course.
  4. Course Details – Enter detailed information or description about the course.
  5. Cost in Base Currency – Specify the training cost in the organization's base currency.
  6. Certification Program (Yes/No) – Indicate whether the course provides certification.
  7. Duration – Mention the course duration (in hours or days).
  8. Recommended As – Choose whether the course is:
    • General – Applicable to all employees
    • Position Specific – Relevant to specific roles or positions
  9. Click Save – To save the course details.

This page helps the L&D team maintain a centralized repository of all available training programs, which can be used in training plans and nominations.
