The Manage Currencies page allows administrators to define and maintain the list of currencies used throughout the system, particularly in modules like Expense Claims, Daily Allowance Rates, and Payroll.
Navigation Path: Expense Claim → Settings → Manage Currencies
- Access the Page
- Enter Currency Details:
- Currency Code: Enter the standard three-letter currency code (e.g., USD, EUR, AED).
- Currency Name: Provide the full name of the currency (e.g., US Dollar, Euro).
- Decimal Digits: Specify the number of decimal places (e.g., 2 for most currencies).
- Common Currency: Check this box if the currency is used frequently across modules.
- Active: Check to mark the currency as active and available for use in the system.
- Save the Currency:
- Click Save to store the currency details in the system.
