The Manage Dashboard Permissions feature allows administrators to control access to dashboards based on user roles and modules. This ensures that only authorized users can view or interact with specific dashboards, maintaining data security and relevance.

Navigation Path: System Admin → Dashboard Settings → Manage Dashboard Permissions

Steps to Set Dashboard Permissions:

  1. Select Role- Choose the user role (e.g., HR Manager, Department Head, Employee) that should be granted access to the dashboard.
  2. Select Module- Select the module associated with the dashboard. This links the permission to a specific functional area of the application.
  3. Click Save- Click Save to apply and store the permission settings. The selected role will now have access to view dashboards under the chosen module.
