How to Manage Employees in the Attendance Solution?

  1. Access the 'Manage Employees' page under the Personnel Administration module.

  2. For existing employees, manage them by using the search function to locate the specific employee.

  3. To create a new employee, provide the necessary details on the 'Manage Employees' page and fill in the required information.

  4. Check the 'Create as User' option if you want to create user logins for the newly added employee. The login name will be set as the employee number, and a default system password will be applied.

  5. By default, the Employee role will be assigned to the new user.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage both existing and new employees within the attendance solution
