How to Manage Employment Type? RP-40504

The Manage Employment Type feature allows the HR team to define and maintain various types of employment applicable within the organization. This setup ensures consistent classification of job positions and contract types during recruitment and onboarding.

Navigation Path: Recruitment → Settings → Manage Employment Type

Steps to Create Employment Type:

  1. Enter Code – Unique identifier for the employment type.
  2. Enter Description – E.g., Part Time, Regular, Consultant, etc.
  3. Select Type – Choose the employment classification.
  4. Click Save – To save the new employment type.

Purpose:

To support standardized classification of job roles and contracts, enabling better management of employment categories throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
