How to Manage Error Logs RP-40513

The Manage Error Logs feature allows system administrators to track and review system-related errors or user activity issues. This tool helps in identifying and resolving technical problems efficiently.

1. Access the Page

Navigate to: System Admin -> Manage Error Logs

2. Enter Search Criteria

Use the following filters to locate specific error logs:

  • Error Category: Select the type of error (e.g., System Error, Validation Error, Permission Error).
  • Employee: Enter the Employee ID to filter logs for a specific user.
  • Employee Name: Optionally enter the name to narrow down the search.
  • Module Name: Specify the system module where the error occurred (e.g., Asset Management, Payroll).
  • Period: Define the date range during which the error occurred.

3. View Results

Click View to display the matching error logs.

  • The results include details such as:
    • Error message
    • Timestamp
