The Manage Evaluation Form section allows HR teams to create and manage structured evaluation forms used during interviews. These forms ensure consistency and fairness in assessing candidates across various roles and interview stages.

Navigation Path: Recruitment → Settings → Manage Evaluation Form

Steps to Create an Evaluation Form:

  1. Select Interview Type – Choose the type of interview (e.g., Technical, HR, Final Round).
  2. Enter Title – Provide a name for the evaluation form.
  3. Enter Description – Briefly describe the purpose or scope of the form.
  4. Select Position – Choose the job position the evaluation form is associated with.
  5. Click Save – To save the evaluation form.

Purpose:

To standardize the interview assessment process by using predefined evaluation forms tailored to different roles and interview types, improving the objectivity and quality of candidate evaluations.
