How to Manage External Organizer ? RP-30452

The  Manage External Organizer page is used to manage details of external organizers who conduct or facilitate training programs for the organization.

Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage External Organizer

Fill in the following mandatory and optional details:

  1. Organizer Name (Mandatory) – Enter the name of the external training organizer.
  2. Address (Mandatory) – Provide the complete address of the organizer.
  3. Country (Mandatory) – Select the country where the organizer is based.
  4. Contact Number (Mandatory) – Enter the official contact phone number.
  5. Email – Provide the official email address of the organizer.
  6. Fax – Enter the fax number (if available).
  7. Website – Provide the organizer's official website URL.
  8. Contact Person – Name of the primary contact person.
  9. Contact Person Phone – Phone number of the contact person.
  10. Contact Person Email – Email address of the contact person.
  11. Active – Check this box to mark the organizer as active.

Click Save – To save the external organizer details.

This functionality allows efficient management of external training vendors and supports better coordination for scheduling and planning training sessions.
