How to Manage Internal Training Venue? RP-40455

The Manage Internal Training Venue page allows users to add and maintain a list of internal training venues where training programs are conducted within the organization. This ensures accurate tracking, planning, and utilization of internal training facilities.

Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage Internal Training Venue

Fill in the following mandatory and optional fields:

  1. Organization – Select the organization to which the venue belongs.
  2. Location – Specify the geographical location of the venue.
  3. Venue Name – Enter the name of the training venue.
  4. Remarks – Add any relevant remarks or description.
  5. Active – Check this box to mark the venue as active and usable in training program creation.

Click ‘Save’ – To store the internal training venue details in the system.

The saved internal venues can be selected while creating training programs, helping ensure proper facility assignment and scheduling within the organization.
