The Manage Item Dispatch Type feature allows administrators to define and manage the types of items that are dispatched within the organization. This helps in categorizing and tracking dispatched items accurately.
1. Access the Dispatch Type Settings
Navigate to: Admin Support Functions -> Document Dispatch -> Settings > Manage Item Dispatch Type
2. Enter Item Dispatch Type Details
- Code: Enter a unique code for the item dispatch type.
- Description: Provide a clear and concise description.
3. Save the Despatch Type
Click Save to add the new item dispatch type to the system.
