How to Manage Organization? RP-40544

Personnel Administration  

The Organization Management feature allows administrators to create and maintain organizational entities, which are used throughout the HR system for structuring departments, assigning employees, and enabling reporting.
Navigation Path: Personnel Administration → Organization Management → Manage Organization

Steps to Create a New Organization:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Organization page.
  2. Enter the required details, including:
    • Organization Name
    • Category (e.g., Internal Organization or External Organization)
    • Organization Level

Note: “HR Organization” indicates an entity to which employees can be assigned.

  1. Complete any additional required fields as prompted by the form.
  2. Click Save to create the organization record.

 The newly created organization can now be linked to the Organization Hierarchy to define its placement in the structural tree.
