The Online Attendance OU Based feature allows HR personnel or authorized users to monitor, manage, and validate online attendance punches made via mobile devices. This functionality ensures transparency, location verification, and integrity of attendance data.

Navigation Path: Attendance → Online Attendance → Online Attendance OU Based

• Search and Filter:
  Use the Filter option to search and narrow down punch records based on specific criteria (e.g., date, employee, organization unit).
• Punch Validation:
  • Click the View icon next to an entry to open a popup displaying:
    • Selfie image captured during punch
    • Geo-location (map or coordinates)
    • Employee information
  • To reject a punch, select the desired entry and click the Reject button.
    Rejected punches will be excluded from the employee’s official attendance records.
• Employees Tab:
  View a list of employees who are permitted to use the online punch feature.
• Devices Tab:
  Displays details of the mobile devices registered or used for online attendance punching.
