The Manage PayScale page is used to define and configure salary ranges based on job category, grade, and nationality group. This setup supports structured compensation planning and ensures consistency in salary offers during the recruitment process.

Steps to Configure a Pay Scale:
- Select Job Category: Choose the relevant job category (e.g., Technical, Administrative).
- Select Grade Profile: Pick the appropriate grade profile associated with the selected job category.
- Select Pay Scale Nationality Group: Choose the predefined nationality group for which the pay scale applies.
- Select Grade: Select the specific grade level within the chosen grade profile.
- Enter Minimum Scale: Specify the minimum salary amount for the selected configuration.
- Enter Maximum Scale: Specify the maximum salary amount for the selected configuration.
- Click Save: Click Save to store the pay scale settings.
