How to Manage PayScale Nationality Group? RP-40510

The Manage PayScale Nationality Group page allows you to define nationality-based grouping for pay scale configuration and recruitment processing.

Navigation Path: Recruitment → Settings → Manage PayScale Nationality Group

Steps to Add a Nationality Group:

  1. Enter Nationality Group Name – Specify the name of the nationality group (e.g., GCC, Asian, European).
  2. Select Country – Choose one or more countries to include in the group.
  3. Mark as Active – Enable the group for system usage by checking the "Active" box.
  4. Click Save – Save the nationality group configuration.

Purpose:

This setting helps to streamline salary structures and hiring policies based on grouped nationalities.
