The Manage Questions section allows users to create and maintain a repository of training-related questions. These questions can be used in assessments, feedback forms, surveys, or training evaluations. This functionality helps HR and training administrators build structured and reusable question banks.
Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage Questions
Fill in the following details to add a new question:
- Course – Select the course for which this question is applicable.
- Question Code – Enter a unique code to identify the question.
- Question – Enter the question text.
- Active – Select this checkbox to mark the question as active.
- Choice – Enter the answer choices (if applicable).
- Order – Specify the order in which this question should appear in the questionnaire or form.
Click Add – to include the question in the list.
Click Save – to save all the questions added.
