The Manage Rating Scale page allows HR users to define and configure standardized evaluation rating scales that are used during the recruitment process. These scales ensure consistency and objectivity when assessing candidates across different stages of evaluation.

Navigation Path: Recruitment → Settings → Manage Rating Scale

Steps to Configure a Rating Scale:

  1. Name – Enter the rating names (e.g., Excellent, Outstanding).
  2. Description – Provide a brief description for each rating.
  3. Rating – Assign a rating order or label (e.g., 1, 2).
  4. Value – Enter the corresponding numerical value for each rating.
  5. Click Save – To store the configured rating scale.

Purpose:

To ensure a consistent, structured, and objective evaluation system during the recruitment process by allowing HR teams to define and apply standardized rating criteria across interviews, assessments, and reviews.
