Manage Document is to manage the current ownership of a document for tracking thru the 'Manage Document Ownership' page under Government Relations module.

When the original document of an employee has been given to company for processing, then the document current ownership is with the company. When company gives that to Agent / Broker for processing, then he is the owner. This marking we can provide in this page.
So when an original document is required for a request processing, Government relations user can understand currently who is having the document.
