How to Manage Training Budget? RP-40456

The Manage Training Budget page allows users to define and maintain the annual training budget for each company within the organization. This ensures proper planning and tracking of training expenditures across business units.

Navigation Path: Learning & Development → Settings → Manage Training Budget

To set or update a training budget, complete the following fields:

  1. Company – Select the company for which the training budget is being defined.
  2. Year – Enter the fiscal or calendar year for the budget.
  3. Budget (SAR) – Specify the total allocated training budget in SAR (Saudi Riyal).

Click ‘Save’ – To store the training budget for the selected company and year.

The defined budget values are used in planning, monitoring, and reporting of training-related expenses, helping ensure financial control and alignment with organizational learning goals.
