How to Manage Zone? RP-40509

Recruitment  

The  Manage Zone page is used to define ticket zones for recruitment-related travel, including airport routes and associated rates.

Navigation Path: Recruitment → Settings → Manage Zone

Steps to Add a Ticket Zone:

  1. Enter Ticket Zone – A unique code or identifier for the zone.
  2. Enter Airport From – Specify the departure airport.
  3. Enter Airport To – Specify the destination airport.
  4. Enter Ticket Zone Name – Provide a descriptive name for the ticket zone.
  5. Enter General Rate – Set the general/default rate for the ticket zone.
  6. Enter Rate – Enter the specific rate (if different from the general rate).
  7. Enter Remarks – Add any relevant comments or notes (optional).
  8. Mark as Active – Check this box to activate the zone for use.
  9. Click Save – Save the ticket zone information.

Purpose:

This setup is essential for managing ticket costs and travel logistics during the recruitment process.
