The Manage Exceptional Absence Entry feature allows authorized users to record absence entries for employees that fall outside the regular leave process. These include special absence types such as maternity, paternity, relocation, and religious leaves, which require approval by the relevant authority.

Steps to Create an Exceptional Absence Entry
- Search and Select the Employee
- Use the search function to locate and select the relevant employee.
- Enter the Date Range
- Specify the From Date and To Date for the absence period.
- Select the Day Type
- Choose the appropriate Day Type, such as:
- Maternity Leave
- Paternity Leave
- Relocation Leave
- Hajj Leave
- Or any other company-defined special absence types
- Choose the appropriate Day Type, such as:
- Click Save
- The entry is submitted for approval by the designated manager or HR authority.
