The Manage Exceptional Entries feature enables authorized users to manually log or update attendance records in cases where standard punches are missing or incorrect. These entries are subject to approval and help maintain accurate attendance data.

Functionality Overview:
This feature is primarily used to correct irregularities such as:
- Missing IN/OUT punches
- Device malfunctions
- Emergency or unplanned attendance events
How to Create an Exceptional Entry:
- Select the Employee:
Use the search bar to find and select the employee for whom the entry is being created. - Choose the Reason:
Select the appropriate reason for the exception (e.g., device issue, missed punch, emergency leave). - Enter Date and Time:
Provide the exact Date and Time relevant to the exception. - Select Entry For:
Choose whether the exception is for:- IN
- OUT
- Both
- Submit for Approval:
Once the details are filled in, the entry will be forwarded to the designated approver (e.g., line manager, HR) for verification and approval.
